If you are a Police Department, your User ID is the name of your city. Example: If you are entering results for the Polk City Police Department, your User ID is polkcity (no space).

If you are a Sheriff’s Department, your User ID is the name of your county, plus the word “county”. Example: If you are entering results for the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Department, your User ID is buenavistacounty (no spaces).
